Mrs. Kanneganti Rama Devi is the Founder and President of Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India(formerly known as ALEAP). Being an educator, business consultant, social worker, and a successful Indian entrepreneur, she is an inspiration to many aspiring entrepreneurs. Mrs. Rama Devi is known for her conceptual abilities as well as Interpersonal Relations. She also established Shivani Engineering Works, which is into body building of buses for Road Transport Corporation of AP and Telangana having a turnover of 8 crores, providing employment to 50 people.

With a Transfoemative idea Mrs. Rama Devi started an exclusive Industrial Estate for Women in Andra Pradesh. The estate has been acclaimed as the best and 1st Industrial estate for women in india under public and private partnership. Mrs. Rama Devi was also instrumental in setting up Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) Institute to import training for women in all sectors to develop as entrepreneurs. Her constant counciling and commonsense approach helped many young ladies to revaluate their attitude and take up income Generation Activity.

Mrs. Rama Devi was able to translate her vision in the form of ALEAP, which is serving as a moral fiber to manywomen by improving their personal lives socially and economically. For her competence she has been member of various boards constituted by State Government and central Government. In recognition of her achievements and contributions she has received numerous honors and acknowledgements. She was a member of high level Task Force for MSME constituted by the Hon’ble Prime minister of India.

Mrs. Jyothi R Pidikiti a post graduate in Psychology from Andra University, Vishakapatnam started her career in the year 1989 with a block Printing unit. Her work has been recognized and published in reputed news paper Hindu and telecasted in Doordarsan. She had the opportunity to showcase her work to Princess Diana.

She is one of the founder of Aleap. She took film making as a hobby and finds it as the right way of encouraging women entrepreneurship. She has made several documentaries. Her tele serial titled “SPHOORTHY” based on women entrepreneurship bagged 4 prestigious Nandi Awards of Andra Pradesh state government. Personally she was awarded “GOLDEN NANDI”. Her documentary film on Aleap bagged Best documentary award of the year.

Mrs. Padmaja Prabhakar

Smt. Padmaja Prabhakar is an art graduate from Osmania University and a postgraduate from JD Institute of Fashion Technology. She is a PG diploma in textile designing from National Institute of fashion Technology(NIFT). She is also an alumnus of Indian school of Business(ISB) and has been trained by European Union for exporting.

She had a flare for designing from a young age and started a small scale manufacturing industry employing about 80 skilled workers with an intension to create customized designer clothing for women from all walks of life. She has been instrumental in creating industrial parks and an entrepreneurial institutes. Her role in various international programs created a marketing wing in textiles particularly in the “VANDEMATARAM” Project which is a Government if India initiative.

A Law Graduate with a B.com honors passed out in 1993, she worked with various organizations for a period of 5 years, holding different responsibilities like administration, finance and marketing , successfully handled the given assignments.

In the year 2002 september she got an opportunity to start a Paint Industry.She took this opportunity and got into manufacturing of paints under the name of “ OM SAI ANDHRA” Paints with the brand name of “GOLD SEAL” (manufacturing of paints), transforming a small startup company into successfull running enterprise.

In 1995 she became the member of Aleap. Since then she has been a part and parcel of the organization by becoming a committee member of AILLA and also a member of the CGTS and secretary of Vipani marketing wing of Aleap and chair person of young aleap. She was one of the 30 members selected by “INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS” for a 4 months of certificate course on “ ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM”.Sponsored by “GOLD MAN SACCHS(a course which has created to develop 10000 women entrepreneurs globally). She was invited by the U.s fedral government for a prestigious program VOIVIS Voluntary leadership program in NOV 2013.

B.SAILAJA born on 12.08.1961 a PRESIDENT GUIDE AWARD WINNER in the year 1977 by his excellence Dr. Faqruddin Ali Ahmed the Ex-President of India. Civil Engineer and worked with an architectural consultancy for 4 years, started the firm TOSS INDIA. TOSS INDIA has been incorporated in the year 1988 and has acquired excellency in selling M/s. ESAB SWEDEN, M/s. ITW SIGNODE, M/s. FAUTID products, with a good number of Distributors all over India. TOSS INDIA has experimented with product shifts from time to time.

The latter it has started a second firm MANAV DAYAL INDUSTRIES in the year 1995 introduced and launched successfully our Products “ DYNA NON-DEGRADABLE ECO FRIENDLY COATINGS” to increase the life expectancy of the Industrial Plant, Machinery & Structures. The products are currently competing successfully with big companies including multi nations. The company has some of the big names of the industries on her customer list.

Now coming to ALEAP , I have a long bondage of 24 years I have joined ALEAP in the year 1994 and as Joint secretary for 4 years & presently holding a post of Treasurer participated in many events and programmers, served the organization to the best of my capacity and motivated my fellow entrepreneurs.
